The main beam of the bridge of a single girder bridge crane is mostly made of I-shaped steel or a combination of steel and steel plates. There are 9 wires in the wiring of the electric hoist handle of a general single girder crane. How are these 9 wires connected? We will introduce them to you in detail in the following content.

First of all, it is necessary to clarify the purpose of these 9 wires. Among them, 6 are control wires for the six directions of up, down, east, south, west and north, and the other three are power lines, start lines and self-locking lines. The principle of wiring is generally that the power line is connected to the emergency stop input line, the output line is connected to the stop line, and the stop output line is connected to the start input line.

Then you need to install the crane and then install the wire rope. After the power line is fixed, the three wires are connected to the three screws on the left side of the lower row of terminals. After the connection is completed, the machine should be tested. If the wiring direction is found to be opposite, any two of the wires should be swapped and then the machine should be tested.

When connecting the wiring in the cab and control box, it is necessary to use plastic insulated wires for the control circuit, add a certain amount of spare wires according to the required quantity and length, and then insert them into the wire pipe together. According to the circuit diagram and wiring diagram, the wires after the pipe are calibrated, numbered, and connected. Insulating plastic pipes should be used at the entrance and exit of the wire pipe for protection.
