If the gas in the pipeline needs to be discharged, the valve stem should be rotated counterclockwise during operation so that the valve stem rises with the valve. At this time, the air in the pipeline will enter the body cavity due to the pressure of the water, and then be discharged from the exhaust nozzle. Next, the water in the pipeline fills the body cavity, causing the float to move upward due to the buoyancy of the water, thereby blocking the exhaust nozzle and forming a self-sealing.
If the pipeline remains in normal operation, the air in the water can continuously enter the upper part of the exhaust valve body cavity under pressure, causing the float to drop and leave the original sealing position. After the float leaves, the air will be discharged from the exhaust nozzle, and then the float returns to its original position to continue self-sealing.
Under normal operation, the valve is always in the open state, and the float will repeat the action continuously to allow the air to be discharged continuously.
Compared with the single-hole exhaust valve, the compound air release valve has a larger exhaust volume. After our professional testing, its exhaust capacity can reach several times that of the ordinary double-hole exhaust valve, and it has high efficiency and good effect in exhausting the gas in the pipeline, and the resistance is significantly reduced, which can save energy. When negative pressure appears in the pipeline, the compound air release valve can also quickly and automatically inhale air to prevent the pipeline from rupturing.
