Among FYL's hydraulic machinery and equipment products, the double ball air release valve is a type of air valve. During operation, if the gas in the pipeline needs to be discharged, the valve stem should be rotated counterclockwise, and the valve stem will rise together with the valve. Under this operation step, the air in the pipeline will enter the body cavity due to the pressure of the water, and then be discharged from the exhaust nozzle. Then the water in the pipeline will fill the body cavity, causing the float to move upward under the buoyancy of the water, blocking the exhaust nozzle, and achieving the purpose of self-sealing.
When the pipeline is operating normally, the air in the water is under pressure and continuously discharged into the upper part of the exhaust valve body cavity, causing the float to drop and leave the original sealing position. This process will cause the air to be discharged from the exhaust nozzle, and then the float will return to its original position and self-seal. In summary, when the double ball air release valve is operating normally, the valve is always in the open state, and the float continuously repeats the above actions to allow the air to be continuously discharged.
1. Compared with the single-hole exhaust valve, the double ball air release valve has a larger exhaust volume. The exhaust capacity can usually reach several times that of the ordinary double-hole exhaust valve, that is one of the reasons why this kind of valve has high efficiency.

3. When negative pressure occurs in the pipeline, the double ball air release valve can quickly and automatically inhale air to prevent the pipeline from rupturing, which is much safer.
