Product Description

Among the many products of FYL factory, WCB or stainless steel wedge gate valve is an automatic valve. This valve achieves the goal of barrier sealing mainly by relying on the pressure of the medium to press the gate sealing surface to the other direction until it is tightly overlapped with the wide seat sealing surface.

In the rising stem wedge gate valve, the gate can be made into a whole, usually called a rigid gate. In order to improve the manufacturing capacity and compensate for the deviation in the processing process, this gate is called an elastic gate.

WCB or stainless steel wedge gate valve is also a widely used valve. It can be selected for oil and water vapor pipelines in petrochemicals, thermal power plants, etc. as an opening and closing device to connect or cut off the medium.

Product Features

1. The valve design is compact, rigid, with smooth internal flow channel and small flow resistance coefficient.

2. The sealing surface is made of stainless steel and hard alloy, with strong mechanical properties, high durability and long service life.

3. Flexible graphite packing is used, with reliable sealing and easy and flexible operation

4. WCB or stainless steel wedge gate valve has various driving modes, including manual, electric, pneumatic and gear transmission, which can be selected according to actual use needs.

5. It can be used in water, steam and oil pipelines in thermal power plants as an opening or closing device to connect or cut off the medium.
